In just one hour, Elizabeth covered a range of topics but in a good level of depth. It felt accessible and easy to digest. I have certainly learned more from a wider systemic level and also on an individual level- both perspectives that should always be considered but not always prioritised.
Elizabeth was an engaging speaker. I appreciated her authenticity as someone who identifies with some of her intersectionality and gained a new perspective on areas of intersectionality that I do not share. I'm also grateful for the tips that Elizabeth shared and for her thoughtful answers to big questions about making workplaces more inclusive!
Elizabeth's talk was fascinating, and so relatable. She instantly makes you feel at ease and is very approachable. I loved hearing her story, it was great to be able to invite her into our ERG Network meeting!
