Are you a neurodivergent or disabled entrepreneur looking for support to develop your business skills, grow professionally, and achieve your goals?

Our 2025 Mentor Program aims to provide a supportive and enriching environment for Neurodivergent and/or disabled mentees to develop skills and knowledge, grow professionally and personally, and achieve business goals. You'll also join our peer-to-peer support community with current and past mentees.

About Elizabeth...

Elizabeth comes with a wealth of knowledge about living and working with neurodifferences. Having graduated with BA(Hons) and a PGCE, she ran a successful charitable organisation for 6 and a half years in London.

She is now using her knowledge and experience to start a Mentor Program for neurodivergent individuals starting their businesses.

Who should apply?

The programme is aimed at neurodivergent and/or disabled individuals beginning their journey to start their own business.
 
Applicants must be in based in the UK.
 
Our experienced mentor, Elizabeth will help you develop your confidence and self-esteem, signpost you to relevant resources and support you in your journey.

Your role

Each mentee will take responsibility for the following:

  • Work with the mentor to set goals and objectives 
  • Be open to feedback and guidance from the mentor
  • Attend scheduled meetings and complete agreed-upon tasks
  • Keep records of progress and achievements

How will it be led?

Running from June 2025 

  • 6 months of mentoring from Elizabeth.
  • 1 x group session every 2 weeks (12 group sessions in total) with expert subject guests to support your journey.
  • 1 x one-to-one session every month (6 one-to-one sessions in total).
  • You'll also receive handy resources and guides to support you.
